Let us congratulate the two outstanding leaders of the OPTICO Group for the second quarter!
In May and June of the second quarter, OPTICO participated in two large FTTA and FTTH projects in the Americas.
In this project, a large number of outdoor FTTA waterproof jumpers as well as indoor branch jumpers and other components are required to be shipped by the end of June.
Since the number of products of the entire project has exceeded the overall capacity of the corresponding production line, and two different projects are required to complete production at almost the same time.
So our connector line had to seconded 25 operators from other lines and split the entire day of production into two shifts!
In urgent production tasks, our production and quality departments take on the heavy responsibility. In these complex project-based product portfolios, the quality department must ensure the strictness of daily inspections and super-strong control over the overall quality of shipments.
Thanks to the hard work of our entire production team, we ended up delivering two large projects simultaneously at the end of June!
In this project, many of our members showed their good qualities of reliability and hard work.
We have specially selected two outstanding representatives to commend them!
1.Li Qing
The Quliaty Control Engineer currently in OPTICO.
He strictly implemented the quality control work in the concurrent large-scale projects, reasonably allocated the quality personnel, completed the daily quality control work on time, and ensured the overall quality of the project. When the customer came to inspect the goods, he showed superb professional quality.
He was named the Leader of the Quarter Award.
2.Guo XiuJiang
He is the top person in charge of our connector workshop (including connectors for all other production lines). In this project task, he reasonably allocates production capacity for different projects. On the condition that the project is completed on time, at the same time guaranteeing stability for other ongoing small projects.
He is fully involved in all production work and cooperates perfectly with the quality department.
He was named the production leader of the quarter.
